The apartment rented by the leader group for the trip,
the Apartment Liberta, Via Giovanni Mario Crescimbeni, 00184, Rome, near the Palazzo Manfredi,
will be the meeting place for studies during the stay in Rome.

- A daily gathering in Rome is planned. The gathering will include a briefing on the field-trip, learning of Latin inscription and practice of Italian conversation.

- Each participant will be provided with 3 cards on 30 Dec.:
1) CIS Metrebus Ticket, valid for 7 days to be used for Rome Metropolitana trains, buses, and trams. The tickets can also be used for commuter-train rides within the Comune di Roma (including the beach at Lido di Ostia but not Fiumicino Airport).
2) Archaeological Card, valid for 7 days to visit the following 10 places:
The Forum
The Palatine Hill
The Crypta Balbi
The Palazzo Massimo
The Colosseum
The Terme (baths) di Caracalla
The Palazzo Altemps
The Diocletian Baths
The Tomb of Cecilia Metella

Participants should book their air-tickets and boarding places by themselves. They are advised to do so as soon as they have decided to join the study group, because usually the later the booking the more expansive it becomes.

The first meeting in Rome will be in the early morning of 30 December (Sunday) at Apartment Liberta, Via Giovanni Mario Crescimbeni, 00184, Rome.
